Those WTF moments!
When I heard what has happened to Apple recently,it got me like
Because,North Korea has made a tablet called the 'iPad'(even with the small letter I),and there is nothing Apple?the biggest tech company in the world right now) can do about it. Amused? Read on!
Now, according to Apple’s trademark and copyright guidelines:
A North Korean technology company—Myohhang— recently launched a brand-new tablet that has been named after Apple’s trademarked iPad making it the first device launched out of North Korea that directly uses Apple branding.
It’s powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz CPU and comes packing 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. In the box is an HDMI cable and a keyboard, along with “network capabilities”.
Now, according to Apple’s trademark and copyright guidelines:After all that long story,does North Korea give a shit?‘You may not use or register, in whole or in part, Apple, iPod, iTunes, Macintosh, iMac, or any other Apple trademark,’ the guidelines state, ‘including Apple-owned graphic symbols, logos, icons, or an alteration thereof, as or as part of a company name, trade name, product name, or service name except as specifically noted in these guidelines.’
