MORE ON THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S8

I've been following the S8 avidly, and I'm vetting close to writing my own specs list and comparing it when its finally released.Samsung Galaxy S7 is still very much Samsung's best device so far and Galaxy S8 may not be launched until next year. This simple fact has not been able to stop the first wave of rumors about the upcoming device hitting the internet. Samsung Galaxy S8 has been rumored to feature a 4k display which some might see as an overkill(to me,it is) And just like the
iPhone 7 Plus, this device will likely feature a dual-camera setup. This will definitely boost the phone's camera pics as you'd be able to get that bokeh effect in your pics, without having to use a third party app. Here's a picture of the phone(note:its only a concept)
Okay,so a 4k display sounds like an overkill right? Well,in this new tech age,it's not. Here's why:need for 4k display
Samsung Gear VR shows how serious Samsung takes virtual reality. Samsung Galaxy S7 has a 2k display which is quite sufficient for viewing immersive content. However, if virtual reality content on mobile is going to be as quality as what’s available on Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, a 4k display on a mobile phone sounds sensible.
NOW,TO ITS DUAL CAMERA SET UP
I feel two cameras on a phone should be the norm nowadays. It's on many flagships like the Huawei P9 and its really a nice addition. But what's the use of two cameras? I'll explain.
With a phone with one camera, you take pictures with all the objects in focus. It's nice, but it's not enough. Now,with two cameras, you can actually focus on one object while the rest stays blurred out. Some one camera phones can do it,but since two camera phones have a special camera for this,it makes it much better.
Even though dual camera setup has be proven to offer a great improvement to mobile photography, neither Apple nor Samsung has any device with this technology. However, devices from OEMs like Huawei and LG with dual-camera and great photography capabilities have shown us why flagships need to have this.
Apple has fitted a dual camera setup in its iPhone 7 ,and it's likely Samsung will do the same, given that they are copy-copy brothers.
Anyway, let's wait and see what happens.
